RETURN AND EXCHANGE

RETURN
You can return part or all of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt by filling out the Return | Exchange | Correction Form and sending the shipment to the address indicated in it. Before doing so, it is mandatory to “REQUEST A RETURN OF PRODUCTS”, which you will find in your personal profile in the “Order History” section. If your order was not placed through our website www.flicka.bg, you need to send an email to us at hello@flicka.bg with the title “REQUEST FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS”. The jewelry should not show any signs of use, and should be in its original packaging. The amount will be paid within 14 days by bank transfer.

EXCHANGE
You can exchange your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. Fill out the Return | Exchange | Correction Form by describing the details of the exchange. You can exchange it with the same or another model. The jewelry should not show any signs of use and should be in its original packaging. The difference in price is equalized by cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility, only in cases where an error has been made on our part.

DEFECTIVE AND CONFUSED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 business days. We will assist you in rectifying the error as quickly as possible by replacing the item or refunding the amount paid. Refunds are made only by bank transfer, within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item. The defective or incorrect item must be returned to us at our studio address. (Detailed delivery details are described in the Return | Exchange | Correction Form). The delivery fee is our responsibility.
