We accept payments by cash on delivery, debit and credit card. You can also choose to pay via DATECS, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

ORDER

The purchase and sale contract is concluded by sending an email from Flicka to the one specified by the customer. The email contains the customer's data, the price of the purchased goods, the order number, the address and the delivery price. Flicka undertakes to deliver the goods within the period specified in the confirmation email. For selected items, the delivery period is up to 14 working days. The delivery period may be extended during campaigns and discounts. If the customer decides that he no longer wants the selected item, he can cancel his order by sending an email with a refusal within 2 days of sending the confirmation email from us.

COURIER FEES 

Before final confirmation of the order, all delivery fees will be automatically calculated by the courier company Speedy for Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. For deliveries to the rest of the world, we will contact you to specify the parameters and the courier. Please note that the fee varies depending on the destination of the package.

DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Flicka accepts orders for delivery worldwide. Products are delivered with Speedy for Bulgaria, Romania and Greece, and BG Poshti for the rest of the world to the address specified by the customer. For Bulgaria, most orders are delivered within 5 business days after our order confirmation. For orders shipped via BG Poshti, the customer receives a tracking number with which they can follow every step of the delivery.

For each order placed on the website www.flicka.bg, Flicka may issue an invoice for the goods shipped.
